Christmas can never be too sparkly to light up the long days of darkness.Last Christmas was lovely as we stayed in a cottage over the Christmas holidays. There were many afternoons spent reading infront of a fire and going for snowy walks in the sunshine, since we were up higher in the mountains. This year will be a little different, but I love looking at the photos and remembering freer times. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, however you spend it, take time to care for yourself in whatever way makes you feel GOOD. Whether a long soak in an Epsom salts bath or a sleep meditation burritoed inside a warm fluffy flannel duvet, be gentle with yourself. It’s been a YEAR. May the next one be less chaotic, everywhere.
